标准气体名称:报警器校准气,可燃气体报警器校准气,有毒气体报警器校准用标准气
标准气代表产品及用途:用于校正可燃气体报警器的10-50%LEL甲烷,氮气或空气平衡气;用于校准硫化氢报警器的10-100 ppm H2S,氮气或空气平衡气;用于校准一氧化碳报警器的50~150 ppm CO,氮气或空气平衡气;用于校准二氧化硫报警器的0-100%LEL/0-50ppm SO2标准气。按客户需求,可以配制包括硫化氢、二氧化硫、氨气、甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、乙炔、一氧化碳等2~20个组分的多元标准气。
报警器标准气应用:主要应用于二氧化硫报警器、硫化氢报警器、一氧化碳报警器、氨气报警器、可燃气体报警器等气体报警设备的校准。
订货须知:订货请提供气体浓度或爆炸极限的百分比,平衡气种类,钢瓶大小,减压器出口压力,减压器出口类型。
产品包装:4L铝合金钢瓶,8升铝合金钢瓶;40升碳钢瓶。
充装压力:一般情况下9.81MPa,高压气体需减压后使用。
钢瓶阀门:铜镀锌瓶头阀QF-011,W21.8-14R出口;腐蚀性气体需配不锈钢瓶头阀。可按客户需求配制。
标准气减压器:铜质减压器,出口可以是1/4",3/8"卡套,M16-15等,出口压力表0~1MPa,0~1.6MPa,0~2.5MPa不等,可按客户要求定制。
产品浓度单位:ppm,mol/mol,mg/mol,mol/L等,如50ppm甲烷,氮气平衡气
气体报警器校验的注意事项
(1)采用优质的与被检测气体相匹配的标准气。相同的被测介质气体所选的标准气不同,报警点也不同。
(2)校验前,气体报警器探头的周围环境应无可燃气体。如果有可燃气体,要先拆下防雨罩,充入一定量的洁净空气后,再连续通入样气,以保证校验的准确性。 
(3)当被测介质气体为烃类混合物时,异丁烷为首选样气,其次为丙烷。 
(4)对于非烃类混合物或爆炸下限浓度的气体燃烧时产生的热量相差较多的烃类混合物,不得已时,可使用丁烷、异丁烷、丙烷等既易得又稳定的单组分燃料作为样气。此时必须依据一定的检测信号换算关系调整报警器的量程。
可燃气体报警器使用和维护方法
可燃气体报警器的种类和型号较多,但是基本电路原理是相同的,因此其使用和维护的方法也较相似。现将使用和维护的方法介绍如下: 
(1)检测元件与补偿元件的使用寿命通常为3—5年。在使用条件合理和维护得当的条件下,可延长其使用寿命。 
(2)对于有试验按钮的报警器,每周应按动一次试验按钮,检查报警系统是否正常。每2个月应检查标定一次报警器的零点和量程。 
(3)应经常检查检测器有无意外进水。检测器透气罩在仪表检测时,应取下清洗,防止堵塞。 
(4)检测器为隔爆型防爆设备,不得在超出规定的范围使用。检测器不得在含硫的场合使用。检测器应尽量在可燃气体浓度低于爆炸下限的条件下使用,否则,有可能烧坏元件。 
(5)热线型半导体式检测器不得在缺氧的条件下使用。不要用大量的可燃气直冲探头。
