3.气体描述:氦气为无色无味惰性气体,化学性质完全不活泼。工业上氦气主要从富含氦气的天然气中分离、精制得到高纯氦气,然后液化成液氦运往世界各地充 入氦气钢瓶。几乎世界上所有的氦气都是由美国、俄罗斯、加拿大、阿尔及利亚的天然气井中提取的。氦气分子量。

超纯氦气钢瓶使用注意事项
1.气瓶使用和检验遵照国家质量技术监督局《气瓶安全监察规程》的规定。
2.气瓶不得靠近火源,不得受日光曝晒,与明火距离一般应该不小于10米,气瓶不得撞击。
3.气瓶的瓶子严禁沾染油脂。
4.气瓶内的气体不能全部用尽,应该留不小于0.04MPa剩余压力。
5.气瓶充气压力不得超过规定压力。
6.安全帽要随时装上,一保护气阀。
7.气瓶每三年检验一次(特殊情况例外)做外表检查及进行水压试验,试验合格后方可继续使用,检验在充气单位进行。
超纯氦气制取方法
1.天然气分离法:工业上,主要以含有氦的天然气为原料,反复进行液化分馏,然后利用活性炭进行吸附提纯,得到超纯氦气。
2.合成氨法:在合成氨中,从尾气经分离提纯可得>超纯氦气
3.空气分馏法:从液态空气中用分馏法从氖氦混合气中提出超纯氦气。
4.铀矿石法:将含氦的铀矿石经过焙烧,分离出气体,再经过化学方法,除去水蒸气、氢气和二氧化碳等杂质提纯出超纯氦气。
